Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept paypal, credit cards (you do not need to have a paypal account to pay with credit card), email money transfer (Canada only) and Cash (local pick up only).

I have allergies to most earrings and always react to the metals. What are your earrings made of?

All of our earring posts are HYPOALLERGENIC stainless steel. They are lead/nickel/cadium free. The perfect earrings for those with allergies. This is the exact reason we started making them. We wanted to have pretty earrings too.

Why don't you include paint with your DIY kits (other than the earring kits)?

We don't include the paint because shipping paint can be messy and lets face it...Canadian weather can be so unpredictable. If your paint freezes it will no longer be good. We would hate for your project to be ruined because of the paint. All earring DIY kits will include paint and a sealer product because you only need tiny amounts of each color.

How much is shipping?

Canada - All orders within Canada will ship for $4CAD

United States - All orders shipped to our US customers will ship for $8CAD

I am local to Medicine Hat, do I have to pay shipping fees?

No not at all. If you are local to Medicine Hat and would like to pick up your order all you have to do is choose the option "local pick up" at checkout and the shipping charges will be deducted from your order.

When will my order ship?

Please keep in mind all orders are custom made as ordered. We try to have all jewelry orders shipped out within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment we will contact you via email. All orders containing laser cut wood creations may require a little extra time. Please allow 7-10 business days for larger orders.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes absolutely, we love custom orders! Please use the contact us form or message us on Facebook or Instagram with your idea/images and we will work with you to create something special just for you.
