Please keep in mind all orders are custom made as ordered. We do try to have all jewelry orders shipped within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders your shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order we will contact you via email. All laser cut wood creations do require longer processing times. Please allow 7-10 business days.

Shipping within Canada is $4CAD

United States

Shipping to our US customers is $8CAD

All items are shipped oversized letter via Canada Post. There is no tracking on orders. If you would like tracking or express shipping please send us a message and we can get you a quote.

Delivery times will vary depending on location.

All domestic orders within Canada, most orders will take 3-10 business days once shipped.

Orders shipped to our US customers typically take 10-14 business days once shipped.

Keep in mind delivery times are only estimates and we have no control over delivery times once an order has been shipped.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, if at any time you are unhappy with your purchase please send us a message and we will do our best to make it right. We take pride in each piece we make and want you to be happy.

WARRANTY

All of our jewelry pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty. If your earrings break please take a picture and send us a message. We will replace your earrings for you.
